Lull Telehandlers
Ever since the year 1959, Lull has been producing telehandlers. Their equipment have been made for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This system offers a lot more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide different optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you complete all your requirements, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. If both accuracy and precision are really important, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you need.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been engineered and made to be able to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages enable the forklift to position materials in a more accurate way. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures in order to place loads in the upper or center floors or on interior roof slope settings. New products and attachments are being developed and engineered all the time and would debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, several improvements have been made. For instance, load-reach management devices could automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the boom's extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
